Introduction
The HIP Manager DEA panel provides an opportunity for qualified and accredited Domestic Energy Assessors to receive EPC leads in their local area. HIP Manager have a fast growing client base and are actively seeking to build relationships with local energy assessors.
All you need to register on our panel is a HIP Manager Account and a valid accreditation number.
How Does it Work...Fees etc.
When you register on our panel you will be able to enter the regions that you cover along with your associated fee for providing an EPC within the specific region. The regions are divided into postal districts (e.g. SW15, SW10, etc) and you can enter up to 20 regions per energy assessor.
Selection Criteria
Any qualified and accredited DEA can register on our panel. We select the Energy Assessor for a given job based on the following criteria.
Fee charged for completing the job.
Previous client feedback if applicable.
Lead time
Account spend *
HIP Manager can provide a highly competitive service for DEAs wishing to provide their clients with a full HIP. Our software enables you to pull in the other components and compile the completed HIP into a single white labelled PDF.
*The account spend is derived from the reciprocal business a given DEA has provided through ordering other statutory components of the HIP.
Receiving Payments for Completed Jobs
When an EPC job has been completed we deposit the funds into your HIP Manager Account. At anytime you can request the available funds on your account to be paid into your nominated bank account. When a payment request is initiated our system will automatically raise an invoice on your behalf.

Getting Started
If you have not done so already you must register for a DEA HIP Manager account here:
Account Registration for DEAs
Once you have registered you will be given the opportunity to add your own DEA profiles. You can register the details of more than one DEA and individually enter their fees and regions.
All new profiles will be manually validated by our admin department before you can start receiving leads. The status of the DEA will update to 'LIVE' once we have validated their accreditation number.
White Labelling your Service
HIP Manager have a very sophisticated White Label Solution to enable DEAs to provide a fully branded portal through which they can point their clients to order HIPs. The White Label system is very simple to setup and requires some basic HTML knowledge along with a Google Checkout Account for collecting payments (Free to register).
