We have now launched our personal search panel that will enable local search agents to register their details for the purpose of supplying HIP compliant searches. The panel enables an agent to quickly input the councils they are able to service along with their associated fees.
Below are some of the key features available with the new service:
- Select the individual authorities and input your prices for supplying a HIP compliant search.
- Configure the vatable and non vatable elements of your fee.
- Receive leads direct to your email.
- All payments are made on a weekly basis for services rendered.
- Record your appointment times and upload your completed reports directly to your account.
- Generate invoices automatically through our self invoicing system. Track your requested funds and payment status.
- Fully integrated control panel provided for managing your account.
- Open to all Search Code compliant providers and companies with GBP 2,000,000 plus Professional Indemnity cover.
