Property Information Questionnaire PIQ

The Property Information Questionnaire will be a mandatory supplement to the Home Information Pack as of 6 April 2009. The PIQ was designed to offer more transparency to the buyer and convey further information that may not be present in the standard HIP documentation. The Questionnaire should be easy to complete by the seller without additional assistance from a lawyer or legal professional.

The PIQ will start to appear in all HIP Manager HIPs by April 6 2009.
