Telephone Payments

This guide explains how you can setup a dedicated sales line to manage your HIP orders. This is particularly useful for merchants with their own PDQ processing facilities.

1. How to setup Telephone Payments


From the white label control panel click on the link 'Configure how you will collect payment from your customers' then click on the 'Telephone Payments' option. All you need to do now is enter the number that you want to be displayed to your customers and check to enable the service.

2. Processing Telephone Payments


When your customer contacts you on the number provided they will quote a unique ID number. This number can be used to recall the order from your White Label control panel. It's as simple as that!

Don't forget to consider some of the other payment methods available to your customers.
