The White Label control panel provides fast access to all the tools you will need to configure your account and manage your customers. We are constantly evolving the tools available here to improve your experience, simplify the process of managing your customers and feedback valuable information.
The White Label control panel can be accessed from your main HIP Manager control panel and works as an extension to your main account.
Here are some of the key features of the White Label Control panel
1. New order notificationWhenever you receive a new order through your Google Checkout account you will receive an instant notification here. You can then review and submit the order for processing.
2. Available CreditThis is the credit you have available on your HIP Manager account. You must have a positive balance to process any pending orders. You can obtain a full statement of account activity by clicking the link for more details.
3. Quote Retrieval SystemWhen your end user customers are quoted a price they will be given a unique quote ID. If they contact you by phone, pay by cheque or bank transfer then they will reference a quote ID so you can easily retrieve and process their order.
4. Order SearchUse this search utility to retrieve any new, pending or completed HIP orders.
5. Uncompiled Order AlertWhen you place a partial order with HIP Manager under your White Label system the HIP will remain uncompiled awaiting you to add additional documents to render the HIP valid and complete. This alert will advise you if there are any such orders that need to be compiled. Please note it is very important you respond to these alerts as uncompiled orders will not be available to the end user customer.
6. Recent Order PanelThis table shows the last 10 orders on your HIP Manager account. You can easily view additional information on these orders from here.
7. Configuration OptionsHere are all the links to different areas of the White Label system to enable you to configure how the service works. From here you can access your design settings, customer payment options, retail prices and custom items.
