| Custom Products and Services |
The White Label system can display up to three custom products and services alongside the statutory HIP components. You can easily configure the title, description, price and expenditure of any custom item using the Custom Products and Services control panel. This can be accessed directly from the White Label control panel.
Below is a screenshot of the page where you can add or modify your custom items.
1. This is the product or service description that will appear on the main order screen. This should be brief but informative.
2. This is the retail amount that you will charge your customer, it will appear adjacent to the title above and will be factored into the total cost of the order.
3. The expenditure is the amount it costs your company to deliver this product or service.
4. If you would like the item to be preselected and factored into the total cost when your end user customer completes a quotation then please ensure this box is checked.
5. This box allows you to enter a detailed description of the product or service. When the end user customer hovers there mouse over the question mark for this service this description will instantly popup.
